03 - 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

07 - 1 garlic clove, minced

09 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange French fries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake according to package directions or until golden and crisp, about 25 to 30 minutes.
03 - Combine honey, Sriracha sauce, melted butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and heated through, for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - Transfer baked fries into a large ovenproof casserole dish. Drizzle prepared honey Sriracha sauce over fries and gently toss to coat evenly.
05 - Scatter shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese uniformly over the sauced fries.
06 - Return the casserole dish to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Remove from oven and top with scallions, cilantro, and red chili if desired. Serve immediately.
