# Directions:

01 - Cook chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels, reserving 2 tablespoons of bacon fat in the skillet. Discard remaining fat.
02 - Add diced onions to skillet with reserved bacon fat. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden brown and caramelized, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the caramelized onions, crisp bacon, and sour cream until thoroughly combined.
